One of my sites has been hacked because of a PostgreSQL 9.2 security weakness. The eApps support team detected it and warned me proactively about the issue. While I’m a decent programmer, I’m a terrible system administrator. A Linux illiterate. I tried to upgrade PostgreSQL from 9.2 to 9.4 but I did things in the wrong order.
 
The eApps support team helped me several times to go one step further without loosing patience (and usually ended up doing the operations themselves…). Five support guys relayed during business days and week-end to help me fixing the mess I was accumulating until Postgres and Tomcat were up and running.
 
With such a service, I’m more than happy to process the yearly payment for my virtual servers!
