Great Service! Great Support!

I am a software consultant, working primarily in PHP and Java/J2EE.

I have been using eApps for about 2 years now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s more than that. Before discovering eApps, I was facing serious problems running my company. Unannounced downtime, poor hosting support, poor apps support, expensive root access, and most of all, a lot of application downtime. I was about to despair.

It seemed like all the hosting companies were the same, with the same problems over and over. eApps beats all the others with essentially 2 services; cheap virtual servers, so my little apps can be hosted in their own sandbox, and real customer support. I don’t know how to emphasize this enough. When other hosting providers told me they had great support, I found consistently that this was a message, but not reality.

eApps has never failed to answer my questions, has never failed to give me a support person who knew their job, and never failed to resolve my issues 100%.
