Your Customer Portal is now integrated with the Ticket system!

VM in the Cloud customers can now access the Ticket system directly from their Customer Portal! Customers can view, post, and reply to tickets without having to login separately to the eApps Support system.

To access the Ticket section, login to https://portal.eapps.com and click on the “View Tickets” menu choice under the Tickets menu on the upper right of the screen. Depending on the number of tickets, the first access during a session may take a little while to display the list of tickets.

Another benefit to the integration is that VM in the Cloud customers can now login to support.eapps.com with their Customer Portal login information.

Note: This integration is available only for the VM in the Cloud customers. If you have a VPS hosting plan and are interested in moving to the new VM in the Cloud environment, please review our FAQ for existing VPS customers.
