ISPmanager Backup User Guide NOW available to customers on the VM in the Cloud Hosting Plans!
ISPmanager Backup User Guide is now available to customers using the ISPmanager Control Panel on the VM in the Cloud Hosting Plans.
ISPmanager will allow you to backup CERTAIN files and directories on your Virtual Machine. NOTE: The backup created in ISPmanager does NOT back up your entire Virtual Machine, nor is it a replacement for the eApps Backup Space. For more details see: http://support.eapps.com/ispmgr/backups
ONE MONTH FREE OFFER on eApps Backup Space Service for customers on the VM in the Cloud Hosting Plans:
From your portal, at http://portal.eapps.com, login and click on Store in the menu, then select Backup Space. Choose the amount of space you want in the Configuration Options. Enter the Promotion Code BK1199100 in the Order Summary and click Go to recalculate your order amount. It should show a zero amount owed. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Checkout. Your Backup Space for VM in the Cloud will be provisioned automatically.
eApps Backup Space Service provides backup space to create and use backups for all of the Virtual Machines in your account. You can create manual backups at any time or activate auto-backups.
To take advantage of this offer, you will need to have a VM in the Cloud service. If you have a VPS hosting plan and are interested in moving to the new VM in the Cloud environment, please review the FAQ for existing VPS customers.
