eApps Hosting announced the availability of Blackberry Enterprise Service (BES) support for users of the eApps Enterprise Email hosting service. The BES add-on service allows users of Blackberry mobile devices to achieve secure encryption when communicating with other Blackberry users of the world-wide BES network and also synchronize their Email, Calendars, Contacts and Tasks in real time to their eApps Enterprise Email service.
The Beta program is expected to run through the end of February, 2010. During the Beta program no fee will be charged to customers. Upon the conclusion of the Beta program the fee for the BES add-on service will be $7.95 per user. The BES add-on to the eApps Enterprise Email service is optional and can be elected on a user by user basis. BES support offers an advanced feature set over and above standard mobile Email service, which is supported at no extra cost for Blackberry users on all eApps services.
