One of the most frequently asked questions we get in the eApps Sales department is “How do I know which plan best fits my needs?”
When we built the new eapps.com web site, we included a feature called the “Plan Comparison Tool.” Our goal was to create a powerful tool, but one that gave the user full control and a speedy way to see relevant plans. We specifically did not want to offer a wizard because we felt strongly that our site visitors should not be lead down an increasingly narrow path. Our vision of the Plan Comparison Tool was to recommend respective plans based on user needs but also give the user an easy way to jump directly to specific plans or groups of plans.
Based on initial feedback, we feel that we have accomplished our objective. Since this is such a new feature, we are eagerly seeking feedback on how to improve it. So please pass along any comments you have to sales@eapps.com.
